These terms and conditions apply to the "£35 minimum spend to be entered into the £250 Gift Card draw " promotion advertised from 1st April 2020 until 30th April 2020. This promotion gives Old Guys Rule UK customers the opportunity to win a £250 Old Guys Rule Gift Card when they place an order worth £35 or more during April 2020. Full details below.
1. Conditions of the Promotion - To participate in the promotion you must satisfy the following:
1.1 You must be aged 16 or over; If you are not, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this promotion. By participating, you confirm that you have obtained such permission;
1.2 You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to the Promotion.
2. How to receive the Promotion - To receive this Promotion you will need to:
2.1 Place an order of £35 or more during the month of April 2020 from www.oldguysrule.co.uk and you will be automatically entered into the Promotion.
3. Promotion Period – The Promotion is valid from 1st April 2020 until 30th April 2020 (“Closing Date”) (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will not be valid after the Closing Date.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion e.g. software or network malfunction preventing the use and application of the code, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
5. Where goods purchased using the Promotion are subsequently returned for a refund, any refund due will take into account the Promotion and will no longer be valid.
