Saturday 23rd of June sees the town of Aldeburgh celebrate 653 Squadron’s 70th Anniversary.  To mark this occasion they will be be handed the ‘Freedom of the Town’ of Aldeburgh.  Throughout the day there is a program of events to mark this special occasion including 653 Squadron excercising it’s freedom of the town with a march through the High Street to Moot Hall.

We have opened a brand new store in the historic and rather spooky city of York.  Our latest Old Guys Rule store can be found on the beautiful paved street of Stonegate where you will be able to find our latest range of gifts for old guys and our Spring and Summer range of funny t-shirts and clothing.  Stonegate was once famous for its bookshops and printers and our latest Old Guys Rule store is located in one of the most famous old printing houses.  Perched right outside our store at number 33, just under the eaves, you will find a little red devil who, as legend has it, used to miss spell the metal type on purpose before it went to press!  Keep and eye out for this little devil to find our new store but don’t make eye contact with him as it is said that it will bring you bad luck.  We are also hosting a radio show for ‘Minister FM’ local radio station on Thursday 17th May. Old Guys Rule is gearing up for its most exciting and busiest month to date.  We are pleased to announce the opening of 2 more stores in May.  After so many requests from our customers we have decided to venture north with our latest store openings.  You will soon be able to purchase our huge funny t-shirt range and massive collection of gifts for old guys in York and Chester.  Our Chester store opens first on May 5th and will be located in the city centre on Watergate Street.  This will be followed by the opening of our store in York on May 11th on the busy shopping street of Stonegate.  Both our new stores will be launching new lines from our brand new gift collection and accessories for old guys, as well as stocking our new Spring and Summer range of funny t-shirts.
